NOVI, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom represented landlord RPT Realty in leasing 25,755 SF at West Oaks to Burlington. Brad Gersham of GP Rep Services represented the tenant. West Oaks, anchored by Kohl’s, Bob’s Furniture, Gardner White, still has restaurant and retail space available for lease. CROSSFIT MAVEN LEASES 17,123 SF AT ROCHESTER HILLS’ WINCHESTER CENTER

 ROCHESTER HILLS, MICH. – The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy, Bill McLeod and Tjader Gerdom represented landlord RPT Realty in leasing 17,123 SF at Winchester Center to Crossfit Maven. John Salsberry of Colliers represented the tenant. Winchester Center, anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s and Burlington, is located on Rochester Road just south of Avon Road.


 

PAINT NAIL BAR SIGNS LEASE AT NEW UPTOWN ANN ARBOR DEVELOPMENT

 ANN ARBOR, MICH. – Paint Nail Bar will soon join Beyond Juice, Marco’s Pizza, Banfield Pet Hospital, Detroit Wing Company and The Great Greek at Beztak Properties’ Uptown Ann Arbor mixed-use development. Paint Nail Bar, represented by Brooke Wolf of Mid-America Real Estate Group, will occupy 2,000 SF in the north building. This will be Paint’s 3rd location in the state. The Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy, Vicki Gutowski and Tjader Gerdom represented Beztak Properties in lease negotiations. GERDOM REALTY & INVESTMENT REPRESENTS ADVANCE AUTO PART ON SECURING TWO HUB LOCATIONS IN MICHIGAN 

TAYLOR AND STERLING HEIGHTS, MICH. – Larry Siedell and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty & Investment worked on behalf of Advance Auto Parts to secure two combination warehouse/retail hub locations within the last month. Advance Auto Parts took 20,250 SF next to Crunch Fitness in the Taylor Commons Shopping Center and took 20,226 SF Sterling Heights’ Clinton Valley Shopping Center. Eric Unatin of Mid-America Real Estate Group represented the landlord in the Sterling Heights deal.
