Domino’s to Open New Location
WHITMORE LAKE, MICH – Domino’s Pizza has leased a new space on Main Street, between Barker Road and Margret Street. Mike Murphy and Tjader Gerdom, of Gerdom Realty & Investment, represented the tenant in this deal. The 2,686 SF store will open in the first quarter of 2018. SALE OF MERIDIAN PLAZA
BELLEVILLE, MICH – Gerdom Realty & Investment recently sold a 12,000 SF, 100% leased, multi-tenant medical facility in Van Buren Township (Belleville), Michigan just off I94 & Belleville Road to a local private investor. The property was sold around a 9% cap rate and additional land was also acquired to add a phase II to Meridian Medical Plaza, as well as create a front retail/restaurant pad site opportunity. November 17, 2017:
Former KinderCare Facility Sold
WESTLAND, MI – Tjader Gerdom, of Gerdom Realty & Investment, recently sold (Nov 2017) a former KinderCare facility located on Joy Road, just West of Newburgh Road. The owners plan to re-open the 4,567 SF building and will be operational in the 1st quarter of 2018. Gerdom represented the seller in this transaction.

Domino’s Pizza Leases a New Location
TRENTON, MI – Domino’s Pizza has leased a 1,500 SF space and Malek Al Kabob will occupy 3,500 SF in the new development “Trenton Crossings” fronting West Road in the heart of Trenton. Mike Murphy and Tjader Gerdom, of Gerdom Realty & Investment, have an additional 4000 SF of retail and end cap space available. Construction is under way. Domino’s and Al Kabob are proposed to open in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
